These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Open Fool mobile application and related content, features, and services made available by the publisher of Open Fool ("Open Fool," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Open Fool, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Open Fool.

1. Eligibility

You may use Open Fool only in compliance with applicable law. If you are using Open Fool on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. License to Use Open Fool

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Open Fool for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, unless we expressly approve another use in writing.

You do not acquire any ownership interest in Open Fool or in any content, artwork, software, trademarks, or other materials made available through Open Fool.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Open Fool in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Open Fool except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of Open Fool;
• use Open Fool to transmit malicious code, harmful content, or deceptive material;
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority in connection with Open Fool;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data related to Open Fool; or
• use Open Fool in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any person or entity.

4. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, fixes, or new versions of Open Fool from time to time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Open Fool at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
